How to purchase Data Add-on
From the Customer Centre
- Go to the Manage Data Add-ons section.
- Select the Data Add-on that’s right for you, then follow the steps on your screen.
From the User Centre + app
- In the Mobile tab, scroll down to Your Mobile Plan.
- Press Add a Data Add-on. You will be redirected to the Customer Centre.
- Select the Data Add-on that’s right for you, then follow the steps on your screen.
Good to know
You can use your new Data Add-on as soon as you receive the confirmation number.
How does the billing of a Data Add-on work
The purchase of a Data Add-on will appear on your next invoice. If you exceeded your data limit prior to purchasing an On-Demand Data Add-on, any overage charges incurred up until that point will also be added to your next invoice.

Difficulty purchasing a Data Add-on
Having trouble adding a Data Add-on to your plan? You may have reached the mobile data charge limit.
These limits are activated by default on all Mobile Lines. You can remove these limits yourself in your Customer Centre by following these steps:
- In the Mobile section, click on Mobile data usage fee limits.
- Uncheck the boxes to remove the limits, and click on Save.
Your choices regarding data usage limits will remain in place from one month to the next unless you change them. If you want to disable your data limit for the current month only, contact Technical Support.
Warning: Once you’ve removed a limit, your usage will be unlimited, and you will be billed for overage on a per-use basis.
